SansAnk Academy offers a comprehensive Design Sprint Certification CPDSC™ endorses your knowledge, expanding your repertory and “utility belt”, so you can quickly develop innovative solutions.
Design Sprint is a method originally created at Google Ventures to be completed in 5 days. The technique evolved into Design Sprint 2.0, running in 4 days, but keeping the same user-centric approach to problem-solving.
CPDSC™ is based on practical application to the development of solutions, whether product, service or problem solving, based on Design Thinking and agile methodologies.
Open to the public, especially people working in innovation, product development or creating innovative solutions, agilists, project managers, startups, enthusiasts or curious people, and who want to know an effective method to get results in less than a week.
This module introduces the importance of having a creative mindset for innovation and how traditional management approaches can inhibit experimentation and kill innovation. It also discusses the benefits of using agile and lean frameworks, as well as design thinking, to promote collaboration, iteration, and the delivery of value to the end-user. The module also touches on the concept of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and emphasizes the importance of delivering value since the first delivery. Finally, it groups the mindsets of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Agile into three categories and encourages combining these approaches for maximum effectiveness.
It provides an introduction to the Design Sprint, a framework for solving complex problems and testing new ideas in a short amount of time. The module covers the five-day process of the Design Sprint, including the goals and activities of each day. It also emphasizes the importance of team collaboration, user feedback, and rapid prototyping in the Design Sprint process. The module concludes by discussing the potential benefits of using Design Sprints, such as increased team alignment, reduced project risks, and accelerated product development.
It focuses on a framework for facilitating the design process and accelerating innovation. The module begins by introducing the five phases of the Design Sprint 2.0: Understand, Diverge, Converge, Prototype, and Test. It then provides detailed information about each phase, including the activities and goals involved. The module also emphasizes the importance of having a diverse team with different perspectives and skills, as well as the role of the facilitator in guiding the sprint process. The module concludes by discussing some of the benefits of using the Design Sprint 2.0 framework, such as increased collaboration and creativity, as well as faster development cycles and improved user experiences.
